I love this quote! Once again it's about our own ability to manage how we feel and what we choose to repeatedly think. Hate closes off anything else. It really is a waste of valuable energy and closes off love, empathy or understanding.
In these times we need all the love we can get and share. I know I sure do! I am working on separating myself from things, people and situations that are not good for me, sending love and moving on. Hate is a big waste of time...
