Which one doesn't belong?

In my work I use many different materials and tools, so my hands are always full of spots and other things. My hands are the main tool that I use, so I take care of them and I always try to treat them more carefully than I can.

Turpentine, glue, scalpels or others are not the best to have soft and beautiful hands, so I use many hand creams. Yesterday my daughter @noemilunastorta gave me a "special" hand cream: it looks like one of my tubes of oil colors! Cool!

The first thought was "I have to take care where I put it, because I can confuse it with my other tubes of colors!"!

Yes, sometimes, while I'm painting and I'm really focused on the artwork, I don't pay more attention on what happens around me and so, I have to have just the right "things" close to me, just the useful tools for work ^_^

This hand cream is really good, it's an olive oil cream with awesome  scents and it's fast absorbed, perfect for me.

See ya soon

I have a similar situation, working with acrylics and often needing to clean brushes with various chemicals. My hands get dry and cracked when paint thinners enter the mix.

Some of the creams I have accumulated look very similar to tubes of paint. I keep them physically separated with a jar in the bathroom for when I need them. I put a small dab on the back of my hand if I am going to use them outside the bathroom, otherwise they stay there.

I had one situation where I mistook cream for a tube of medium and mixed it with paint. I was able to recover, but the project I was working on had a lavender scent. It was not the worst thing in the world, but something I am hoping not to repeat.

lol a lavender scent is not the worst thing in the world, but depends on the subject of the artwork :D I made similar mistakes in my experience, but I have to say that the mistake that I made more frequently is to clean my brushes (while I'm working) in the cup of coffee instead in the turpetine. Fortunately I've never drink turpetine instead coffee :O)

Hello my friend, really this tubes looks similar, but you have to keep it with other cream for you don't mix it with them, i like Ives rocher products, especially the perfumes.
Have a great day.

I also like the Yves Rochers products, they are really good product witha nice perfumes ^_^

That's such a clever idea isn't it? Yes, artists need to really take care of their hands. Such a good reminder Silvia. 🦋

Just don't mix up your toothpaste with your paints!

eheheh it's better if I don't mix nothing with my paints :D
