Weathered the storm

The saying holds true:

WHEN IT RAIN, IT POURS.........

It’s amazing how things can take a slight shift in direction and cause multiple effects at once. Life has its way of revealing the essence of characters we encounter on a daily basis. The key is to refrain from applying emotions in the decisions, instead use logics.

The ups and downs are pivotal points where the most notes should be taken, highlighting the very small things that either helped or hindered the overall cause. Overstand those around you as you continue to question their purpose. Know the difference between those who are drilling holes, those who are there for the free ride on your coat tails, and those who truly care for your best interest.

Giving Up is Too Easy.....

I began to remind myself this any time the thought of doubt entered my conscious. I’ve made some poor decisions alone the way so I always wondered was it karma coming back to visit me. Went unemployed for a while then landed a gig as security in a strip club.

It was all about the money as well as being able to see both aspects of a culture I once patronized. It never bothered me to in a room full of naked women, hell I could hold a conversation with them in the dressing room and maintain eye contact while they standing there naked. After a while this became boring so I went back to delivering pizzas.

The money was actually pretty darn good as I was making more than my previous two jobs but the places and people you meet have you on edge. So it wasn’t long before I left that industry and kind of fell into where I had been trying to get to for years. Now I’m operating a tow truck and enjoying every moment. For years I have put off my own business due to being afraid and now I’ve finally made it.

NO MATTER HOW ROUGH IT GET, NEVER LET YOURSELF DOWN. ALWAYS STAY FOCUSED ON THE VISION.
