In Short: The means of production in the hands of the workers means that NOTHING GET DONE. Any thing that does happen to get done will be of very poor quality, at the very highest prices.

The business goes bust and EVERYBODY loses.

Then the workers blame everyone else but because every business has failed there are no jobs for the now unemployed workers. the only thing you can do is put them all in the army and start a war. Look it up. This is reality.

You should, however, look at the incentives set up by Smallism.org, where the means of production are in the hands of the customer. Now, we're looking at incentives that are aligned.

The customer wants a decent price AND a decent quality. To get the quality they have to pay for quality workers/training.

In your model, the workers want higher pay but no incentive to improve quality.

Socialism has failed absolutely and without fail because the incentives are wrong.

Economics, is the study of incentives, and this is what smallism.org uses as it's driving philosophical standpoint.

BTW your definitions of capitalism are wrong and have clearly been handed down to you as received wisdom from your left wing professors and teachers.

Look at all the things they've told you NOT to read. Start with Adam Smith. Then 'The road to surfdom', then if you want to know what actually happens when socialism is employed read 'Mao's great Famine'.

Give up on your left wing tropes. They are lying to you. ALWAYS think - now if they get that, what does that mean. Because it's never what you think it is.

You mention Big Pharma. There is no sector MORE IN BED with government than big pharma. Pharma lobby for gov to make rules to ensure these monolithic organizations continue to grow like cancer, blocking out any competition in research or delivery. This is the absolute opposite to capitalism. But you wouldn't know that because you've been a fed a diet of stupid, from people who will do very nicely from being in the top ranks of socialism.
