How often have we heard that question. We are used to saying "Yes I'm ok". Even when we are NOT ok we say we are. A question without meaning.
We pretend to feel good in public or in blogposts on facebook, steemit etc. People publish images of smiles and nice things rather than their dirty house or depressive feelings. We are all guilty of this. It's easier to not burden others with our negative feelings or atleast so we feel.
It's better to let feelings out rather than to bottle them up. It's better to fix problems in our life rather than to suffer, in some instances for years.
Improve what bothers you and if you can't get rid of it. Get it out of your house, out of your life etc.
