Reconnecting With Your Inner Child

Don't forget your true nature as a child.The ideas,curiosity,joy from little things,high self-love, playful nature all this things define the true "you".

What's wrong with us is the social conditioning from childhood like maintaining hard rules,wrong information about who you are and who you aren't, suppressing emotions & past memory rather than expressing and healing them.To heal this kind of issues like harmful thought pattern, traumatic memory etc. you simply need to accept and forgive yourself and then need to shine the light of your consciousness and self-love & care.

By healing and releasing this memories,addictive thought patterns, negetive beliefs and everything that isn't letting you be who you really are ; we open the doorway to freedom and also the doorway to be the "inner child" again.

Laughing, expressing himself openly,unconditional love,joy, smoothly flowing in life, silence,always happy without any reason, playfulness and simplicity are the aspects of this inner child.

Stay connected with this inner child by healing yourself,letting the stuffs go which no longer serves you and bringing attention to LIFE that is happening in this NOW.So rather than wasting time in thinking about past or future we need to enjoy every moment of life with unconditional love and playfulness with ourselves and others.
