I battled with eczema as a child mainly on my fingers and I used steroid cream for 20 years not knowing why my eczema never went away after application. Only after going holistic, I cured my eczema using a Whole Foods diet, supplements and homemade lotion using coconut oil. My son has eczema and we are using probiotics, fish oil and lots of homemade lotion.

This all creams are complete bullshit. Most skin problems are because your health is bad. Diet diet diet and some protective oils in winter.

Exactly....The contents of some cream is just too hot for the skin.

My Dad's eczema got cured using Food supplements and Aloe Vera product which was very effective.. awesome write up!!!
