As a longtime barefooter, I know only too well how important it is to take care of one's feet. I really recommend kicking off the shoes and getting out there barefoot - apparently, around 90% of all foot troubles are either caused by or made worse by shoes!

wow I really did not know that our feet can reflect all these conditions. It is important to be very careful with each area in our body because even though they may seem insignificant they could give us traits of serious illnesses. The truth, thank you very much for your publication. God bless you

Excellent article, I did not know all those conditions that people can reflect our feet, and it is a warning sign that should not be overlooked.

That is very true.
