It is true. Having to endure, I find sometimes I just need to be patient a little longer.
Just get through the next 5 minutes. Then just get through the next half hour. Just get to next week.
Working on my health goals right now, and I just keep going, I persevere. Trying again and again.
Creating just a little breathing room every time. Years to this moment. But not done yet.
