This is a plantain garden in our compound in the village, it is very helpful to us economically as we eat from its' produce and have no need of going to the market to buy them. Theses are some of the things we can do in our environment to leave a sustainable life.
You don't have to wait until you have money to buy a large farm space to start planting one crop or the other, with the little space in your backyard you can start cultivating different crops that will provide food for you and your family. I hope this example helps and motivates you to start gardening.
