The Unmistakable Glow of Love

heart-hands

For a time, my wife and I held each other tightly. We were in the bathroom. It was spontaneous and effortless. I chanced a glance of her reflection in the mirror as we embraced, and I witnessed the unmistakable glow of love and longing on her face. It was the most heartwarming and rapturous feeling to see her in this state of pure happiness. It was so candid, so real. I just gazed at her, thinking this is beautiful...this is amazing.

And that is what life is like; it is constantly capturing these photographic treasures of staggering authenticity and devotion. It is a kind of intimacy that you only stumble upon when you are paying attention, living life to the tune of a universal cadence---of a spiritual symphony that runs so deep that it is nearly impossible to capture with words. But one can only try, just make sure you can read the music. It is a music of emotion, and it is there if you attend carefully.
