  1. The past is already gone, the future is not yet here. There’s only present moment for you to live.

  2. As you walk, eat and travel, be where you are. Otherwise you will miss most of your life.

  3. Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.

  4. Every human being is the author of his own health or disease.

  5. Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.

  6. What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.

  7. There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth; not going all the way, and not starting.

  8. If you are quiet enough, you will hear the flow of the universe. You will feel its rhythm. Go with this flow. Happiness lies ahead. Meditation is the key.

  9. The root of suffering is attachment.

  10. Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth.

  11. If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change.

  12. All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think, we become.

  13. You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.

  14. If you are facing in the right direction, all you need to do is keep on walking.

  15. When you realize how perfect everything is, you will tilt your head back and laugh at the sky.
