I always love the question that typically follows "what are your greatest strengths" . "What are you biggest weaknesses?" It's like you want me to list reasons why you shouldn't hire me? At least I've always tried to spin it into something positive. I'd be like "My biggest weakness making sure everyone else is doing their job" or something.
