Last weekend on May 12th I turned 27. I can't write any deep analysis of how old I got or about how time is flying. But I can tell that until this age I tried out a nice list of things, sometimes I forget all the situations I was into.
Some of them are funny to me now. I was on the election list for the Croatian Parliament in 2015 (I got 38 votes lol) and once I was in Virginia owning 1.5$ in total. My net worth was ONE DOLLAR AND 50 CENTS. I was picking between a banana and a yogurt at Wawa. So I decided to take the banana because it had more calories.
I took these examples to remind myself how diverse my experiences are. I did many stupid things, but also planned some things very good and took out the maximum out of them.
At one point of my life I was working in a hot dog place called "Grab a Wiener" in the US and you can only imagine the number of sex jokes I was listening to. I was wearing yellow shirts saying "You will never beat our meat" and "Big wiener, small buns".
Hopefully the people who think I'm a serious journalist in a blazer will never discover this platform :)
But enough with the past, let's talk about the future. In this year of my life I would like to start a specialization in college, which will hopefully give me more opportunities too. In Europe that's like a 6th year of college, a step closer to a PHD. I also want my parents and friends to be healthy and happy. Oh and a bull market too.
When I look at this article I went from writing about bananas and wieners (Sigmund Freud would have work here) to writing wishes for my family.
But at least you know it's written from the heart, as all my other stuff.
