Eye gazing is so hard for so many. When I really look people in the eye they get uncomfortable and look away. I am just really trying to "feel" them and be present. But most people don't like to be looked at deeply as they don't want to reveal their vulnerabilities and flaws. But it really helps to connect and break down walls and barriers. Thanks for sharing this.
