You can use bootable cd tools, such as WinPE, or Linux LIVE CD, this tool can be run by booting laptop from CD, this tool will work like windows operating system but the advantage is you do not need to install to live laptop booting from cd then wait Until the process is complete, after that you open the file explorer and you can restore data to flasdisk or directly burning to CD ...
