Thoughts on Youtube's new Partner Policy

Two days ago Youtube sent out an email tell people that the only people stay a partner will be the people who have over 1000 subscribers AND people who have 4000+ hours of watchtime. (People spent watching your video) Here are my thoughts in the video below.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
