Prep your food. How about least two or three nights every week? Consider what you’re going to feast on the following day and get ready for it, even if it’s something as simple as washing fruits to snack on or cutting up some veggies.

Put snacks to good use. Don’t allow yourself to starve. Your brain starts panicking whenever you are ravenous and this leads to you losing the ability to make right decisions. Make a habit of having a handy snack ready, also make a habit of eating your meal once you are hungry, and don’t get yourself to starve.
