i feel you on not getting enough sun exposure. i don't know how cold it gets where you are, but maybe next time take off your shirt and walk around town. if wim hoff can scale mountains practically naked, i believe in your mental power enough that you can successfully walk indecently around town without succumbing to hypothermia.

i say all this while sipping a warm butter coffee and basking in even warmer weather, of course :)
