1.) Do not fight against being confused (clouds) :
Indeed, the best way to maintain a situation or an emotion is to resist! The more we focus our attention on what is wrong, the more we feed this same problem. The solution is therefore acceptance, WITHOUT resignation ... The clouds do exist, but you have an "inner wind" ...
In addition, a problem is not solved from the same place where it was born. It is necessary to "change your point of view" to find suitable solutions. The head on the handlebars, we are not able to make wise decisions.
In this way, when we are confused, otherwise-said when we go around in circles and when we make knots in the head, it is our intuition to take over, our mind no longer able to resonate objectively.
It is called BEING ALIGNED, on oneself (belly, heart, head) and in accordance with its 4 planes of consciousness: Mind, Emotional, Spiritual and Corporal. I tell you more in this workshop. This is the "wind" that you have and that will dispel your clouds! You understand ?
2.) Refocus and align to be at peace and not to fear :
The first step to align and develop this intuition that will guide us to the right path, is the "attitude to the difficulty". Indeed, and we agree, all problematic has its small impact. When we are overwhelmed, nothing is really simple and all we want is to get out of this unpleasant situation ...
This discomfort creates a notion of urgency which in turn generates tension. It freezes us and cuts us off from our intuition ... The solution, not always simple on the moment, is to relax.
Moreover, most of the time, the consequences are not ultimately dramatic, or even dare to say it: beneficial ... So, as far as possible, let's stay cool and breathe ... Maybe this is the moment to have you accompanied if you fail to cross this stage of appeasement alone.
You know, life is a huge playground, the game of awakening consciousness and human and spiritual growth. Nothing is fundamentally nasty, neither good nor bad, and if, like me, you made Life your best friend, then you know that nothing is chance and that everything contributes to your happiness ....
3.) A problem: FAST, a solution! Yes but why ?
As every time we are in trouble, our first instinct is to want to leave as soon as possible! So, our main motivation is not to live and experience this situation in conscience, but to get rid of it as quickly as possible. This is the fundamental difference between an intention of Love and an intention of Fear!
Let's be clear, the most disturbing in these moments is not the context in itself, which is never permanent, but what the context will make us live and feel. If we are really honest with ourselves, we are afraid of what could happen to us ... And that's normal.
So change your point of view quickly and imagine ourselves at peace with yourself and without excessive fear ... What about your situation now? Is it still such a big problem if it no longer has emotional consequences for you? Of course not.
SO = the more we are in PEACE with ourselves and without fear, and LESS situations of our lives are problematic whatever happens ... These are just pleasant or unpleasant experiences to live.
In other words: The more we tame our fears, the more we are at peace, calm, serene and happy ...
4.) A deeper meaning :
More spiritually speaking, this is all about making us grow to be happier in our lives. It is a work of "Self-knowledge" and more exactly a work of knowledge of one's emotional world. This is a great opportunity to welcome the fear, the injury, to be at peace and to increase our vibratory rate ...
As you well understood, the meaning and ultimate goal of this "life experience" is the emotional welcome, the highlighting of all that remains unconscious in us: the fear, the desires, the beliefs, the openness, change of point of view ... In short, the awakening ...
5.) Engage, in one way or another :
To achieve this goal, all paths are good and right.
a. The shortest and simplest is meditation, reception, questioning, introspection ... In short: the work of personal development.
b. And as sometimes it is not possible, the other way of doing it is action, through commitment. To commit oneself is to position oneself in a clearly identified intention. "I engage WITH" or "I commit WITHOUT".
❗CAUTION all the same, to engage does not mean to be bound hands and feet. At any time we have the right to change our mind. We are free beings.
Imagine: you are in a store and you hesitate between two items, you do not know what to choose and you do not want to miss a bargain. So you try them. Once done, you are able to know with which you feel the best, and therefore able to decide in soul and conscience, and without regrets.
The principle is the same for life choices. The idea is to get involved, really, in one way or another, and therefore, to realize, whether or not it is done for us, if you do not already have the answers in you . But as long as you do not position yourself clearly, the vagueness continues ... Which is logical ...
Do not worry, only fools do not change their minds. If you openly communicate this philosophy to your interlocutor, everything will happen for the better, because things will be clear. Be courageous and honest.
6.) We summarize: when I have a problem:
I do not panic, my life does not depend on it; I try to change my point of view by using something other than my mind to solve my situation.
I meditate, and I let emerge the best solution for me by blowing on my clouds. I practice "mindfulness".
I instill peace in myself to act in Love and not in Fear. I accept my emotions to stop running away.
All this is clearly not a coincidence ... I use these circumstances to grow and evolve on me. I will be happier.
I'm in. For me, to me, clarifying my intentions, positioning myself. Indecision is the best way to stay in the dark.
