You plan to do something. But you just don't start doing it. Maybe you think you will do it another day. Nothing happens because of that.
Getting started is the hardest part when you do something. You feel uncomfortable and it may not come easy. So you might push that later in the future. Once you take the first step to do it, you can do the next steps and it will be easier to do that.
