Three Factors for Your Temple
Health
Learning to be aware of your health is the first step to taking care of your gifted temple.
Diet allows you to fuel your car premium gas. Maybe you've been using diluted gasoline, or just thick junk. The point is, treating the body better will mean the body will only treat you better. This is something that is worth taking time to learn. I learned about nutrition at a young age because my mother was always overweight growing up. I took a discomfort toward fat on the body that still affects me to this day.
Exercise is so important for physical health, it is secondary to diet of course! The body will allow your mind to become healthier through nourishment of the physical container! I also learned about exercise at a young age. This can take some time to learn about, but it is something that can and hopefully would be used for a lifetime.
Yoga is a lovely form of exercise that is so good in many ways. It can be done before showering morning and night. Fifteen minutes of that twice a day is close to the hour suggested exercise duration. I'd suggest giving yoga a try, for I've really gotten into for about a month now. It opens some beautiful doors, and the flexibility!
Can increase sexual performance
Meditation allows for settling of the mind. This is important for your mind and also your spirit. Self-introspection during meditation time allows for reflection of felt emotions, awareness of wandering thoughts, and much more! Meditate damn it! It's so good for you.
Health is so important. These are some things that can allow an individual to work towards something beautiful. A healthy life is the prerequisite for a Happy life.
Happy
Becoming happy is awesome. Having neurotransmitters flooding your brain and being gleeful is a marvelous feeling. Being happy isn't always possible due to health problems, mental, physical, or spiritual problems. That's why health is a precursor to happiness. It's very important. Of course somebody can be happy without health, but health will only enhance happiness.
It's important to learn to get out of your own way. You deserve happiness. Meditation allows you to release past thoughts and teaches you to move into the present moment. This is a gateway to easier obtained happiness. Happiness can be right in front of you, but you are the gatekeeper. You must allow yourself to pass through. You hold the key.
High
Well shit. You can smoke some weed, but really. When I say high, I mean close to God. Close to the source, and close to something we don't understand. This is something that gives us purpose and something to work for. Being high brings creativity within you. It enlightens your mind and allows you to glow. Being high can be referred to drugs, but when I think of it, for it comes down to spiritual vibrations. A persons aura and presence, how they affect a room's energy.
Being high is such a wonderful gift. That is the gift from the heavens, the gods, God, the Universe.

Meditation is another thing I am working on this year, I found it really challenging in the beginning so I started off with just 3 minutes then increased to 5 minutes a day and have now increased it to 10mins, still finding it hard but it's getting easier. I just hit 22 consecutive days with meditation and can notice the difference already!

@sunsurfsoul, keep it up dude! I've been going hard for 10 mins in the morning for awhile. I usually follow that up with a quick deep breathing yoga session.
