Buy espresso grounds (or beans to grind yourself) - I usually either buy Café Bustelo or Café Pilon
Get either an espresso machine or one of those older style Italian carafes
Fill up your tamper and lightly tamp grounds with spoon
Add about a cup and a half of water
Brew
Add 2 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR TO A MUG
Very carefully, add about 10 drops of espresso to the sugar
Get a spoon and begin to mix the espresso with the sugar (like a mad man) (do this for at least 1 whole minute)
Once you have a tan paste
Continue slowly adding in more espresso whilst stirring with spoon until it's all in the mug.
