Today I have some advice on how to keep cool in over whelming situations. My number one go to whenever I am feeling anxious to brake down and lose my cool is breathing, breathing is one of the simplest and easiest forms on keeping your cool. Deep consistent breaths is exactly what I am talking about! Take 5 minutes, stop what you are doing and just breathe, allow for all of those negative feelings and emotions out through your mouth and let the good feeling of a happy well being flow through your nose.
