Lifehack which excludes the concept of bargaining!

Lets suppose the starting price on some item is 1000 cu. The buyer says that it is expensive. We reduce the price to 700 and tell him that this is the lowest price we could offer and there will be no bargain or else the price would be 900. Then we make use of buyer's stupidity if he writes 600, we write 800, so he starts bargaining in spite of that we warned him)). The buyer quiets down for a while. We ask whether we will continue to bargain and that now it's his turn to offer. The buyer goes nuts yelling how could that be if your last offer was 700!! We write that we told you it was not necessary to bargain and it would be 700. Thats it. The buyer caught on the hook, then everything depends on the dialogue. For example - Oh, what a loss, there is no one else to buy from. - Che, really? - Of course! - Well, then the price is 700)) what's the problem ...
