No matter what the situation is, you always feel worthless. In fact, you feel so useless that you don't even deserve to be taken seriously by others. You feel that everything you do is a waste of time. This is usually caused by having negative thoughts and feelings in the past. These negative thoughts and feelings have brought about your feeling worthless.
