Today I opened the window to the future but not closed the door to the past and to me rushed present.
When you try to run you do jogging in place.
"Do not think about food, the chocolate donut." What do you think now? About chocolate donut, is not it? When you focus on not to think about something, you end up thinking about it more.
The same philosophy is true when it comes to release the mind from negative past experiences. If you are trying hard to move away from what you do not like and do not like, you have to think about it so much that eventually you will carry that weight with you. But if you instead choose something to focus my energy on something that you love and want, then you will definitely leave negative and heavy weight behind while they themselves, progressing, going forward.
Summary: running away from your problems, you will never win in this race. Move toward something, not from something. Rather than eliminate the negative, focus on creating something positive, just replace the negative.
