PULUT adalah salah satu makanan khaa Aceh Utara disaat memperingati maulid nabi besar Muhammad saw. Pulot ini terbuat dari beras ketan yang direbus dibalut dengan daun pisang.
Proses pembuatan sangat mudah, berasnya sama dimasak dengan nasi juga, kemuadian diisi santan kelapa.
Proses pembalutannya digunakan daun pisang.
