Steemitoff challenge: My Weekly Weight In - Still not Losing Two Pounds A Week :( But I Am Making Progress :)steemCreated with Sketch.

Alright I have to make this post before I go to bed as I won't be posting tomorrow and I should have done this Tuesday for my weekly steemitoff challenge. I am happy to say that I am down .9 pounds but am sad to say that I am still below my 2 pounds a week. To any new followers (thank you) my plan is to lose two pounds a week and for each pound I don't lose I will burn it in a promotion for this post. Burn the calories or burn the steem. You are welcome to join if you want. That means another 11 steem burned. But I did do 30 minutes of cardio today so I am starting to move more.

My weight, as of Tuesday, was 298.1.

I did take a photo on Tuesday for proof but my internet is slow until Sunday and to be honest, I am kind of comfortable right now :p. I have no interest in cheating, and even if I did I could just roll the scale back. I can post it next week if, for some reason. anyone really cares.

I don't want this post to be too short so I guess I will talk more about me as this is under the life tag. This is like my journal :p. Let's see, how about upcoming movies I am going to see this summer. Spider-man: Homecoming looks good and I am glad they skipped the part of him getting bite by the spider, you don't need to retell it again. The new planet of the Apes is a yes and so is Wonder Woman.

Oh and I will need to find a copy of Oregon Trail on the internet so I can play it. This is one of those classics that I missed and as a gamer I feel shame for this :p.

Any movies you are looking forward to seeing? Or a game you must play? Let me know in the comments.

Have a great night steemit :)

Losing weight is hard. I have lost and managed to keep 32 pounds off since last November, through much less simple carbs in my mostly vegetarian diet, and increasing my steps and riding a bike to work. Some rough times along the way. but I know you can do it.

Thanks, you as well :)

Calories in calories out works as a general rule, but I've found intermittent fasting to be of great benefit.

I think it is good or the brain too.

have you tried fasting? I usually fast twice a month for 2 days then start drinking liquid for 2 days and then introducing vegetable.

I hear that is really good for you, I want to try it but haven't really put my heart in it yet.
