How I went from a total depressed mess to an overwhelmingly positive person. Since I was young I’ve always struggled with my emotions, falling into anger, rage and despair regularly. First I was diagnosed with ADHD and feeling that my very nature was considered a disorder (I never once saw it as one), I spiraled into a depressed mess of emotions and stayed that way for many years. Eventually I managed to pull myself out, without medication. I collected many mental and emotional practices that become tools and learned how to use my focus to recover very quickly every time.
The videos were taken around Kofuji Mountain in Shizuoka, outside Tokyo, a great place for viewing Mt. Fuji.
