The reason you don't feel the movement is because the earth isn't accelerating or decelerating. We can't feel speed, we can only feel the change of speed. When speed is changing, it causes a force against us, and that's what we associate as acceleration. Similarly when driving a car, you only feel speed when you speed up, slow down, or turn a corner, because those are the only times forces are acting against you.
