Helmets are required to maximally protect the skull from intense damage from accidental physical impacts on the head. It could be due to a fall from height, collision by vehicles, a crash while riding bipeds or collusions in industrial areas.
As Helmets are made of safe materials, wearing them regularly ought not attract undue safety concern to their wearers!!
In most nations , wearing of helmets is compulsory to Industrial Workers, Bipeds Riders and Motors Sport Competitors,all to prevent fatality in the event of collisions.
