With all my past vices I could write a book... But I'll stick to smoking.

  1. Boredom/Hunger - I smoked heavily while fasting, mainly to stave off the hunger and the boredom that came with the midday brain-fog.
  2. Post-work relief - that extra reward always kept me.
  3. After eating/while talking on the phone - As much as a reward eating and talking on the phone was, sometimes I felt drained after a big meal, or too nervous during long convo's and needed to have a cigarette just to ease the nerves.
