La sonrisa de los niños es un bálsamo. Antes de la universidad tuve una temporada como docente de biblioteca en una escuela. Uno de mis mejores recuerdos (y son muchos) es el de los niños de preescolar, muy serios, fingiendo que sabían leer. Luego, cuando la universidad se convirtió en mi trabajo ordinario, nunca deje pasar la oportunidad de volver a ellos y a la literatura infantil.
