i mean just look at all that frozen water... we have extremophile bacteria that even can live survive being in space on comets & in nuclear reactors.... bowling pits of acid etc...
so real question is not if mars has life or other planets and moons in our solar system...
is how many and how advanced are the lifeforms...
i bet you everything i own not only our solar system has always had life and other parts of our galaxy and beyond but it pretty much always has!
