I am a Christian TheiststeemCreated with Sketch.

When I was in college an instructor explaned to me that everybody lives there lives on a line graph and on this line graph '0' is the point that a person accepts the realiety that JESUS CHRIST gave HIS life for them. On this graph a person is supposed to mature in there faith and this maturity would mean that the persons spiritual life would be represented by a higher number.

As I have already alluded to, I think that theism would 1 or 2 steps away from accepting JESUS CHRIST as LORD. So on the graph I would place a theist on -1 or -2. I would assign a polytheist maby a -4 and so on. The only absolute that the graph has is that if you have not accepted JESUS CHRIST as the LORD of your life then all of thoes people are on one side of the graph, and all of the people that have truely accepted JESUS as there LORD would be on the other side.

Although I would like every person that I come in contact with to move to 0 and then grow. I realize that that is not going to hapen. Maby you are at a -50, well I invite you to understand that JESUS is the LORD that rules over all...but maby I am going to be that person that convinces you to move from -50 to -49.

My relationship with God is very personal and I choose NOT to label it :)

I once knew someone that felt that way, but a christian theist is simply someone that believes that there is one GOD and JESUS CHRIST was GOD in the flesh. Its kind of like the kids game where they decide which clothing style is appropriate.

All I can really say is..... I Love God :)

I have been thinking about this conversation, and there is a say that goes like this: 'if you dont stand for anything then you will fall for everything. When the Roman empire conqured the Jewish nation, the Romans wanted to place the one true GOD on the same level as all the other 'gods'...This agreement worked alright for the Romans, but the Jewish people would not even recoginize any other thing called 'god'

I am not certain if you were actualy saying what I was hearing (or if it was a misunderstanding) But some people claim that whatever person 'A' worships as god, and whatever person 'B' worships as god are of equal value and no farther disection is needed. well someone can claim to want to kill and eat me as part of there worship to 'god' but that is not who I serve.

LOL. I think we are on the same page Captain. :)

Cheers & God Bless!
