Skip 'sleep deprivation' at any cost!

Maybe you heard it many times that a normal adult human needs eight hours of sleep every day to function well. Don't you think you break this 'law' many times? Okay, don't feel bad because you are not alone. We all stay awake till midnight and maybe more, doing silly stuff or even something productive. But one thing we need to keep in mind and take seriously and that is, we shouldn't compromise with our sleep at any cost.

It's becoming very usual to 'extend' our 'working hour' by skipping few hours of sleep. And some even make this their routine. You will find many who don't have any specific sleep schedule. Well, what seems productive now in this issue will never be productive and will be harmful in many ways in the future.

I'm not sharing what physical and mental effects sleep deprivation can cause us. Because I think we have a basic understanding of that. Rather let's talk about how we can make it better.

The first thing is 'following a strict sleep schedule'. It will help you push yourself to finish your work on time.

The Second best thing is 'prioritizing mental health'. Sleep is not all about our body, you know that. So when you think and try to take more care of your mental health you will automatically keep sleep first.

And last but not least make a healthy lifestyle.


Sleep is not like that you will catch less and the other day you will make it full. Nope, it doesn't work like that. That's why skipping sleep is the worst we do to our body and mind. Keep this in mind and take this seriously. Maybe then we can be really productive!
