Why should you drink spring water?
The benefits of fresh spring water are undoubtly important.
As bottled water can contain BPA plastic, artificial minerals and things like flouride, its best to make a switch to spring water.
We found a few spings locally just on the maps but if you cant find any there will be info on google to find them.
Some of the benefits are:
• The minerals help you digest food properly and absorb nutrients better.
• Higher pH than bottled water
• 7-8pH is the average of spring water which means there is essentially more oxygen because anything over 7pH is made up more of bicarbonate ions which is made up of 3 times more oxygen than water under 7pH.

• Naturally detoxify the body.
•Its the most naturally complete water.
Spring water has not been stored for vast amounts of time in plastic either like bottled water, giving time for the plastic to break down and absorb into the water.
BPA plastics are highly toxic! Avoiding BPA plastic is essential, its linked to a whole range of human health conditions, including damage to the reproductive organs and childbirth, water companies like SAKA dont use it in their bottles so I'd recommend using that if you cant get to a spring yet!
