It is nearly unfortunate that whenever I am at my lowest point, there is literally no one to talk to.
Everyone thinks I have everything all figured out because I help other people solve their problems and puzzles. And sometimes, the things I share are just face value things.
I used to have zero clue as to the answers to my own questions. I would internalize everything. But things are looking up now.
