how to get Quality sleep?

I have found and tried the best proven ways on getting better sleep, and with success. Thats why im going to share those tips with you!

Tip number 1: Get more direct exposure to the sun. I normmaly sit at home doing work or something else and didn't spend a lot of time outside so i thought why not give this a try. after a week i saw improvements.

Tip number 2: Reduce the amount of blue light you get before going to bed, bluelight is the light that comes from tv, pc, laptop and phone you name it. I have tried this method for about 3 days and it felt like i was falling asleep quicker.

Tip number 3: No caffeine at night. having a lovely cup of coffee before bedtime isn't the greatest ideas. I haven't tried this out myself since i never drunk any coffee before bed.

Tip number 4: Try to sleep at consistent times: for example from 9:00 PM till 7:00 AM. this does help with waking up for me, but i didn't really fall asleep faster.

Tip number 5: No Alcohol before bedtime. i haven't tried this out myself.
