Every week for about 2 months now I've been instructing spinning classes. At first i really thought this was a bad idea, but i pushed my limits and jumped into it. This was some scary challenges. My tuesdays used to be a pain in the ass. The breakfast and getting readyused to be tough.. until this magical spinning world took over. Yes.. Im talking about an early workout. The workout you never tougth you had in you.. I even prepared my breakfast and gymwear the night before. I saved time, and gave myself an "every-tuesday´s" gift. New boost of enery. Endorphins. Joy. An healthier temple (my body that is). The smell of sweaty energetic people in the morning became my new cup of coffee in the morning. You might find this funny but Im beeing serious. The spinning gave me a reason to call itself "the hero trough the week". I would love to write down a few reasons why you should stop hating and start loving instead!
Do you struggle with mood-swings? Well here is your antidote!
1. Keep your emotions balanced
During this awful hour of torment I promise you that those emotions will turn out stabilized after class is over. You will feel joy and energetic for hours. Endorphins will flow through your body as if you got it for free, but you didnt. You earned it! This will help you to feel happier and more satisfied with yourself.
2. It only costs you time. Time spend on yourself.
How often do you say; I dont have time for myself anymore.. Im a exhausted mom/dad, i should workout more blablabla.. Well this is your time human. Go Figure!
3. Bad weather means indoor spinning
If your excuse is always about the weather, i don't buy it. If your gym has good ventilation..it's better to be sweat and warm than sweat and cold. And I guarantee you that you will meet others with the same opinion. AND If seasonal allergies or extreme weather (too hot or too cold) forces you to take your outdoor workouts inside, Spinning is a great alternative.
4. Give Your Joints a Break
Spinning is a low-impact cardio exercise, which means it's easier on your joints, including your knees and ankles, than many other forms of cardio.
5. Energyboost
I bet you know the feeling after you've given your body what it deserves. After class your body will continue to burn calories (which is an ideal situation for anyone who wants to burn more fat). What happens in your body pays out in energy. You will feel more beautiful, happy and not least the desire for more.
