Very good info!, Alot of high sugar in many fruits. If youre trying to lose weight, fruit increases insulin, which hinders weightloss.
I would say, if you are healthy, and are active, this would be the way to go :-)

Dries fruits have been my go-to to cut my processed sugar addiction! Switching to wholenfood plant based hasn't been easy, but dried fruits did make it a little easier. After resetting my palate, they taste so satisfyingly sweet! (and in comparison, my favourite chocolate bar now tastes over the top sweet!)
