Italian Tuna Fishcakes

500 gr tuna
Handful parsley
2 medium size lemons
4 tbs panko
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1 tbs parmesan cheese
Olive oil

Marinate the tuna with 1 tbs olive oil, salt, pepper and 1 lemon for 15mins. Oven bake or using air fryer for 10-20mins depends on the tuna’s size.
Flake the fish using fork and season with salt n pepper. Add 1 lemon, egg, panko, parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Shape the fish into patties, drizzle with olive oil and put them in the oven for 20mins 200°. Served with bread /mashed potato and salad 🙌🏻
