Why do some people never find their dream job?

First, Most of people take a long time to figure out what they really want. Second, it is too late or risky to switch job when you are not young anymore.

      In high school, I dreamed of being a Stock Broker working for firm on wall street. That was my dream job. But when I started work for firm I realized I have lie and get people to open their wallet. Dream job no more.
