Favorite Verse- (A thread)

I'll be sharing about Joshua 1:9 "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; Do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." This is one of my favorite verses because this verse was my confirmation from the Lord that I should take the review and take the board on May 2016. I was really doubtful to take review and take the board because I was so anxious about things like I might not pass it, I might get my parents disappointed and there was so much pressure on my part(review days pa lang). I really made it to a point to ask confirmation from the Lord if He is really with me in this battle. How did this verse come to me? I just received an ordinary group message from my former director in the cultural arts that I was in. He is a christian, by the way. At the end of his long message, he inserted Joshua 1:9. There were no words after. So, since I was earnestly looking and waiting for the confirmation of God, I was prompted to read and check this verse. There was a conviction that I should see this from my bible. And there you go, when I've read about this Joshua 1:9. It was "woooooo! Lord, YOU ARE WITH ME in this BATTLE!". The battle was really a battle. I made it, I conquered it, I survived it thru the grace of God. This is my own miracle. I wasn't good enough for the board, I wasn't and will never be ready for the board, but since I trusted God's faithfulness, I was able to redeem my reward after all.

Bottom line, in everything you will do, consult first the LORD, ask wisdom and confirmation. because He will surely give you His words, you just have to open your heart and submit to His will. And I would love to hear all your testimonies as well :) Just comment down :)

We were well supoorted days before our board exam! :) This was sent by my JPIA-SLC family.

Her presence as well made me stronger during exams. She accompanied me making sure I get to my examination room safe and sound. :'( My father, grandmother and my sister were all cheering and praying for me in La Union.
*My face was really stressed back then HEHEHEHE!
