Who doesn't like Indian food? It's full of spices, taste, deliciousness, and yaaaa sometimes quite healthy (except the extra spice :P)
I am going to share a classic 'INDIAN STYLE CAPSICUM CHICKEN'...
It's one of my favorites :)

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken (washed)-600 gm
Curd-400 gm
Chopped coriander leaves-1 cup
Ginger garlic paste-1.5 tbsp
Tandoori masala-1 tsp
Chicken masala- 1 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 1/2 tsp
Black cardamom-1
Bayleaf-2
Cinnamon stick-2 inch
Clove/lavang-4
Ghee-1 tbsp
Juice on 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp
Kasuri methi- 2 tsp
250gm capsicum
2 onions chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
3 green chillies chopped
PREPARATION:
•Marination process:
Add curd, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and turmeric powder, 1 tsp tandoori masala, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander masala, juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste into the chicken.
Mix it properly and keep it in the fridge for an hour.
•Cooking process:
In a Kadhai, take 1 tbsp of ghee.
Add black cardamom(crushed), cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and cloves (khade masala), mustard seeds. Fry for a min.
Add diced onion, green chillies and fry for 2 mins.
Add slit green chillies, ginger garlic paste.
Once the onion turns translucent, add chopped tomatoes and then salt, 1tsp turmeric and 1tsp red chilli powder.
Take out the marinated chicken from the refrigerator.
Put the chicken in the kadhai. Mix well and let it cook for about 10min till the chicken is partly cooked, add chicken masala then capsicum. Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, mix well. Crush some kasuri methi and add juice of half a lemon. Add 1 tsp garam masala.
Let it cook for about 10-15min till the chicken becomes tender and capsicum is cooked well.
Garnish with some coriander leaves and yoghurt.
Serve hot with jeera rice or rotis/parathas/parothas.
