Listen and Don't speak, Speaking while some else trys to teach you something will only cause confusion, So concentration is a big key to learning. 

DIGITAL FLASH, I don't mean believe everything you hear, but just make sure you really understand what is real and what is fake. Fake reality causes illusions.
