"Who is John Galt?" Why do people focus on Johnny, when Ellsworth M. Toohey is the guy you really needed to pay attention to.

Those who've read the books "Atlas Shrugged," and "The Fountainhead," by Ayn Rand will agree, the USA is following the same patterns the book describes.

Who is John Galt?

The question is asked throughout the book, and around the world now. (still) Yet Ellsworth M. Toohey, from "The Fountainhead," and his insidious methods of social subversion is who we should have remembered.

Pumping Up the Creme de la Crap

When you see a movie, super hyped by 'everyone,' and you sit there wondering, "wtf are they talking about, this movie is trash?" You're being subjected to the artful tactics of Toohey.
Books of zero value, being pushed as "the Greatest Thing," art and plays and more. You're not crazy, the people manipulating the populace are.

Crazy stuff. Haven't read the book? I highly recommend you do so. :D

You're completely correct. Wow.

I used to read both books every year, I guess it's been so long I've mixed them up. Title should read "Forget John Galt, go read about Toohey!" LOL

Thanks for pointing that out!
