Good day ya'll!
Today I felt it twitching, some moments of anxiety passed. I haven't had them as strongly since in London and it usually has to do with not having have eaten, slept or spent time alone properly. However, my newfound wisdoms which I now apply in these situations are: everything has its time (to be good or bad) and everything will pass (good and bad!). Also, music - singing, dancing and walking helps everything resolve.
My best friend was briefly in London to at perform a festival in North London and so fortunately we were able to spent some time together. On my way to the park I had a really beautiful walk and especially enjoyed the trees. Here are some snaps.
