I just love vegetables in every form, shape and size.
Now is more than year when unprocessed and mostly #organic food is only on my menu and I am telling you something.
Life is great, my body feels superb and I do not even fancy eating sugary food which few years ago would be even hard to imagine. I make my own sauerkraut is finely cut cabbage that has been fermented by various lactic acid bacteria this particular one is made with beetroot, so look a bit purple :)
However when you start eating real full food you will see tremendous difference and even if you loved to eat certain bad food before you will not choose this to yourself because you will prefer to feel good than choose temptations.
It is at least my way of living now and I am so proud for it. It was not easy to start with but with perseverance and clear goal in my head I was able to stay on my track and not only succeed in loosing 3 stones but keeping my #healthy and lean body without a struggle.
Here are few examples of my best friends in terms of my favorite #food to eat. I love the raw and ready to eat food, no fuss and time consuming cooking. Just wash, peel and eat. This can not be more simply? Difficult? I do not think so.
You can be so creative with salads by adding different vegetables or even fruits. I like to add marmite to my salads. But I love the taste of it.
